Exclusions
- Flight Tickets: Airfare to and from Dubai is not included in the package. Guests will need to arrange their own flights.
- Visa and Insurance: The cost of a tourist visa to the UAE and any travel insurance or medical coverage is not part of the package.
- Tourism Dirham Fee: Guests are required to pay the mandatory Tourism Dirham Fee directly to the hotel at check-in or check-out.
- Personal Expenses: Costs for laundry, phone calls, tips, room service, minibar usage, and any other personal expenses are excluded.
- Additional Activities: Optional activities such as quad biking during the Desert Safari or entry to attractions not listed in the inclusions (e.g., Ski Dubai or Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark) are not covered.
- Seasonal Surcharges: The package is not valid during peak travel seasons such as Diwali, Christmas, and New Year. Additional charges will apply for bookings during these periods.
- Meals Outside Inclusions: Meals apart from daily breakfast and those specified (BBQ dinner, Dhow Cruise dinner, etc.) are not included.
- Local SIM Card: Guests are advised to purchase a local UAE SIM card upon arrival for better communication, but this cost is not included in the package.
- Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Any additional charges incurred for early check-in or late check-out at the hotel are excluded.
- Transfers for Personal Errands: Transportation for personal use or outside the scheduled itinerary is not covered in the package.
- Unforeseen Expenses: Any expenses arising due to delays, strikes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are not included.
